Russell E. Glenn

Russell E. Glenn Sr., 96, of Tidioute, PA, passed away on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at the Rouse Home in Youngsville.

He was born in Tidioute on December 8, 1929, a son to the late John and Eunice (Miller) Glenn. Russell worked at Deluxe Metal Inter Royal in Warren for many years. He was a former member of the Tidioute VFD and enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and woodworking. 

He is survived by his children, Tammie (Shawn) Silvis of Tidioute, Linda (Leonard) Walton of TX and Kathie Whiteheart of NC, several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Russell was preceded in death by his sons, Ernie and Butch Glenn, his siblings, Howard, Lewis, Bruce and Hazel and 3 wives, Merna, Joann and Helen.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 16, 2025 at the Nelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 314 N. Main Street, Youngsville, PA 16371, from 12-1pm at which time a funeral service will be held there with the Rev. Rick Hamrick, pastor of the Youngsville Free Methodist Church, officiating. A private burial will be held in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Russell.
